Our dynamic organization of 130 members include 31 colleges and 42 employers. Our members acquire valuable skills and connections through their participation in timely events and professional development opportunities. MNACE has helped its members to thrive, as is evident in the excellent feedback received by current members.
Our Mission

To bring together educational and employment representatives who are involved in the career development and employment of college students and alumni.

Collegiate Unit Members
$50/institution or unit
Collegiate Unit Members are defined as a unit representing the interests of the student support professionals at a college or school within a college or university. There is no limit to the number of individuals that may represent a unit member, but all individuals must be currently employed by the Unit. One representative from the unit must be designated as the voting member to participate when a membership vote is called. Collegiate: College/School/Office
Employer Organization/Unit Members
$100/employer organization or unit
Employer Organization/Unit Members are defined as a unit representing the interests of the human resource and hiring professionals at a specific branch/office of a for-profit company which hires or serves current students and recent college graduates in the Minnesota area. There is no limit to the number of individuals that may represent a unit member, but all individuals must be currently employed by the Unit. One representative from the unit must be designated as the voting member to participate when a membership vote is called. Employer Unit: Branch/Office/Location
Non-Profit Organization/Unit Members
$50/employer organization or unit
Non-Profit Organization/Unit Members are defined as a unit representing the interests of the human resource and hiring professionals at a specific non-profit branch/office of a non-profit organization or foundation which hires or serves current students and recent college graduates in the Minnesota area. There is no limit to the number of individuals that may represent a unit member, but all individuals must be currently employed by the Unit. One representative from the unit must be designated as
the voting member to participate when a membership vote is called.

Dues
Open to all Minnesota employer representatives, non-profit organizations, and college personnel who work in the areas of career services, cooperative education, or internships. This also includes Western Wisconsin schools.
2022-2023 Annual Dues:
*Renewed prior to July 1st for the following year.
*Annual meeting fees may vary, but are generally $50-65 per member
MNACE Members act as official representatives for their organizations/unit and their job function(s) include career services, career development, professional development, or recruitment and training of college students and graduates. MNACE membership is broken into three categories:
