Andrea has been working in higher education for 11+ years and is currently the Director of Career Development at Concordia University, St. Paul. In addition to working with students, she collaborates across campus to embed career readiness into the curriculum and student engagement experiences (i.e. clubs and orgs, athletics, residence life.) She currently serves as the Past-Chair of the Minnesota Education Job Fair Association (MEJFA), Programming Committee Co-Chair for the Minnesota College and University Career Services Association (MCUCSA), and recently stepped out of the role of Chair Professional Development for the Minnesota Private Colleges’ Career Consortium (MPCCC).
Director of Operations and Human Resources
In her role at Katapult Network, Dani supports the team in helping recent college graduates get a foot in the door to their dream job. As a company, Katapult’s goal is to eliminate the barrier of “experience-needed” and Dani is proud to work in service to that mission. Her umbrella covers operations, payroll, human resources, vendor management, and college connections – she loves the variety that comes with every day. In order to successfully place candidates through Katapult Network, Dani believes that strong relationships with both clients and local colleges/universities is critical and that the network MNACE provides creates a unique venue for learning and building trust between employers, recruiters, and colleges. She looks forward to the opportunity to continue developing relationships with everyone at MNACE and assist the board in helping its members to thrive.
