Our dynamic organization includes colleges and employers. Our members acquire valuable skills and networking contacts through their participation in timely panel discussions and breakout sessions. MNACE has helped its members to thrive, as is evident in the excellent feedback received by current members.
Our Mission

Connor Foor
Board Chair
Group Talent Acquisition Manager
Enterprise Mobility
Based in Metro Minnesota, Connor oversees team member hiring, onboarding, and development while building relationships with community and business partners for Enterprise Mobility. Connor started at Enterprise as a management trainee after graduating college with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Caldwell University. Following a career promotion, Connor relocated from his home in New Jersey to Minnesota in 2024. Connor previously supported the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers and held several leadership positions.
Dori Eppenstein
Campus Talent Acquisition Manager

Dori has been a leader for talent development with companies like Target, Chick-fil-A, and Bath & Body Works for over 14 years. Dori is currently a Campus Talent Acquisition Manager at Cintas, which spans eight states and over 50 locations. Dori is on the board for IMPACT; Cintas LGBTQIA+ Partner Business Resource Group, as well as a member WAVE, Women Adding Value Everywhere PBRG. Dori loves networking, strategizing on recruiting, and building brand awareness to drive talent. When Dori is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters.
Shay Marlowe
Diversity Equity Inclusion Trainer
MN Department of Children, Youth, and Families
Shay is a DEI program trainer and former recruiter for Minnesota state government. Partnering with nearly 100 hiring managers, Shay continuously works to increase the hiring and retention for people of color each year. Shay is the former chair of the Men of African Heritage ERG under MN-DHS and recent member of the state's council for the celebration of MLK Day. When not representing government, Shay mentors youth as part of the 100 Black Men Twin Cities Chapter and supports students of color as part of the Sankofa Circle Fellowship Program at Augsburg University.
Beth Notch
Associate Director, Experience and Professional Development
College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University
Beth has worked with students in a variety of education and coaching setting for over 12 years, including 6 years in higher education. Beth enjoys helping students understand there is no "right way" of going through college or beginning a career, only "your way". Beth's professional path began with a master's degree in educational psychology and work in mental health counseling. Outside of work, Beth can be found enjoying the outdoors, getting lost in a good book, or cooking something delicious.
